This targeted nighttime formula features Lifenol®, a patented Hops extract shown in gold standard clinical trials to relieve uncomfortable menopausal symptoms, particularly hot flushes.  Hops is also a calming herb widely used to aid sleep and is oestrogenic —making it especially helpful for women with low oestrogen levels during menopause.

Additional key ingredients include Valerian and Zizyphus, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote deep, restorative sleep and reduce nighttime restlessness. Sage, together with Zizyphus, offers further relief by helping to reduce night sweats—one of the most common discomforts of menopause.
