I take this with calm and sleep at the end of the day before bed and it’s working wonders. Highly recommend. I have used other magnesium supplements and can confirm this one tastes great and it work.
Only early days but I feel my irritability and mood have improved. And it seems that the bloating has somewhat reduced. I will definitely continue to avoid taking HRT meds if I can.
Ive left it late in life to aid my bones and muscle and thought I'd try The bone and muscle support supplement i have to say it really has made a massive difference you'll be suprised at the positive affects of taking this daily it has me feeling fantastic!
