It is suitable from two years of age and can be used by children, teenagers, adults, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and by mature-age adults.
How should adults take it?
The maintenance adult dose is one teaspoon in water daily. The therapeutic adult dose is one teaspoon in water twice daily. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Why is it a powder rather than capsules?
The powder allows therapeutic doses of calcium and magnesium without requiring multiple large capsules. It can be mixed into water and has a lemon–lime flavour.
Is the vitamin D3 vegan friendly?
Yes. VegaDelight® is a plant-based vitamin D3 sourced from lichen, and the complete formula is vegan friendly.
